INTRODUCTION
Robot is among the most significant and groundbreaking inventions of contemporary science. It is a type of electro mechanical device which can execute several tasks mechanically based on the installed programmable instructions. Robots can execute various tasks in an inimical environment where it becomes difficult for human to accomplish it. In contemporary scientific times, robots are one of the most elite inventions through which our life turned easier and more comfortable capable. Climbing robots are predominantly embraced in areas where a human operator has direct access, which is prohibitively costly due to the requirement for scaffolding or perilously risky because of the existence of a hostile environment. Over the last decades, various applications of wall climber robots have been conceived, primarily in the technical inspection, maintenance, surveillance, space activities and failure or breakdown diagnosis in hostile environments. These activities are required in the exterior of high-rise buildings, bridges, nuclear plants or pipelines, for scanning external surfaces of gas or oil storage tanks and offshore platforms, for carrying out nondestructive tests in industrial structures, and also in aircraft and ships.
This project presents a Bluetooth-controlled suction-based wall-climbing robot car that adheres to vertical surfaces using a high-speed BLDC fan powered by an ESC. An Arduino microcontroller interprets commands sent from a smartphone via an HC-05 Bluetooth module, while an L298N motor driver drives four DC motors for forward, reverse, left, and right movements. A 70 mm EDF unit with a 30 KV BLDC motor generates sufficient suction to keep the car attached to walls, windows, or ceilings. Powered by a compact Li-Po battery, this system eliminates the need for scaffolding and allows safe inspection of high-rise exteriors, bridges, and industrial plants. The project demonstrates the integration of embedded C programming, Arduino IDE, and mechatronic design to create a low-cost, portable, and DIY wall-climbing robot suitable for academic research, exhibitions, and hobbyist applications.

METHODOLOGY
The suction-based wall climbing car is propelled by a high-powered fan that creates suction, sticking the car to walls. The car is controlled by an Arduino, which takes movement commands from a mobile phone through Bluetooth. Four DC motors attached to a motor driver move the car in various directions. A BLDC motor-based suction fan, which is controlled using an ESC, assists the car to stay on vertical surfaces. All parts are powered by a battery, and jumper wires from there connect everything. Then the car can drive on walls with basic Bluetooth instructions.
