Introduction
The Motorized Jack Project is a simple, yet impactful mechanical automation system designed to demonstrate electrically controlled lifting using a traditional scissor jack. In this setup, a DC motor is directly connected to the jack’s screw mechanism, enabling lifting and lowering operations by just pressing a switch, eliminating the need for manual rotation.
