This research presents an innovative solution to address the challenges associated with traditional parking management systems. By deploying various sensors and connected devices in parking areas, the system can detect and collect information about parking space occupancy, availability, and duration. Users can access this data in real-time through a mobile application or web interface, enabling them to locate available parking spaces efficiently.

The proposed smart parking system consists of three main components: IR sensors, an Arduino (Microcontroller), and a user interface. IR sensors are strategically placed in each parking space to detect the presence or absence of vehicles. The sensor data is continuously transmitted to the Arduino, which processes the information and determines the parking availability status. The Arduino is connected to the internet, enabling it to communicate with the user interface and provide real-time updates to drivers.
