INTRODUCTION
In today’s rapidly advancing world, scientific and technological progress—especially in electronic technology—has brought significant improvements to everyday life. One notable development is the creation of robots designed to assist humans in daily tasks, making work more efficient and manageable in response to growing demands. Among these tasks, floor cleaning remains a tedious and tiring chore that is often neglected. Various types of cleaning robots have been introduced, including those for solar panels, floors, medical facilities, windows, stairs, drains, pavements, and swimming pools. The main challenge arises from the large floor areas in buildings, making manual cleaning labor-intensive and time-consuming. In response, the concept of a floor-cleaning robot has emerged as an innovative solution. These robotic cleaners have gained considerable attention in robotics research due to their potential to transform floor cleaning in environments such as homes, hotels, apartments, and commercial buildings. Traditional cleaning tools like brooms and mops often spread dust and cause user fatigue, sometimes contributing to respiratory and flu-related problems. To overcome these drawbacks, the development of smart, efficient floor-cleaning robots has become increasingly important. In this project an intelligent and completely self-sufficient cleaning robot, the Internet of Things-Based Automatic Floor Cleaner was created to make floor maintenance easier in both residential and commercial settings. An Arduino microcontroller, an ESP32-CAM module, motors, sensors, and wireless communication are used in the construction of this creative robot, which can sweep, mop, and monitor video in real time. It has a servo motor-controlled ultrasonic setup to increase its field of vision and employs ultrasonic sensors for obstacle detection and avoidance. To ensure smooth and effective operation, the system is outfitted with dual motor driver circuits that can independently control wheel movements and mopping mechanisms. The project integrates IoT monitoring capabilities, allowing users to control and monitor the robot remotely via live video streaming and switching features.
This advanced IoT-Based Autonomous Floor Cleaner Robot is designed for intelligent floor cleaning with mopping, drying, and live surveillance capabilities. Powered by Arduino UNO, the robot uses ultrasonic sensors for obstacle detection and navigation. It performs dry mopping, wet cleaning using a water pump, and air drying using a DC fan. The integration of ESP32-CAM enables live video streaming for real-time surveillance and tracking. IoT connectivity allows for monitoring and data logging of cleaning performance and robot status on platforms like ThingSpeak or Blynk. The entire system works autonomously, making it a perfect smart cleaning solution for homes and commercial spaces.

METHODOLOGY
It begins with the Arduino microcontroller managing the robot’s movement and the operation of the cleaning modules. The ultrasonic sensor mounted on a servo motor scans around to identify obstacles and guides the robot to drive in the opposite direction so that it does not crash. The driving of the car is managed by two DC motors, driven by a motor driver. The mopping system includes two separate DC motors and a water pump, driven through a relay and another motor driver. For mopping, water is sprayed onto the floor by the water pump and scrubbing is provided by the mopping motors, followed by a DC fan to dry. The manual switches allow users to switch on or off the mopping or fan modules if required. The ESP32-CAM module provides live video streaming over Wi-Fi, enabling real-time remote monitoring and control. The robot is powered by a 12V battery for the main components and an additional 4V battery for the pump to ensure even power distribution. All the components are mounted on a stable car chassis with four wheels to enable mobility on smooth floor routes.
