Metal detecting is a widely used technique in various fields, including archaeology, security, and hobbyist treasure hunting. Traditional metal detectors provide auditory and visual cues when a metal object is detected, but they lack an accurate counting mechanism to quantify the number of detected items. This project addresses this limitation by integrating a seven-segment display that visually represents the count of detected metal objects.
